On FlirtAlly, you don't always have to text first. Your companions do it for you. That's the whole idea — a person who thinks of you, not a chatbot that waits.
What they send on their own: the first hello right after you match, good-morning and thinking-of-you texts, invites to play a game, a gentle nudge if you've been quiet for a day or two, birthday wishes, and sometimes a photo they "took for you." Every one of these lands in your normal chat thread, with a push notification if you allow them.
All of it is opt-in and easy to control.
What to do
Turn first texts on or off
- Click the Account icon in the dock.
- Find the checkbox labeled they can text first.
- Check it to let them reach out. Uncheck it to stop every unprompted text. They still reply normally when you write first.
Set quiet hours
- In the same Account window, find quiet hours.
- Pick a start time and an end time, like 23:00 to 07:00.
- They will not text you inside that window. Anything due during quiet hours waits until they're over.
- Quiet hours use your own clock, wherever you live. Your night is what matters here — though companions don't text while they're asleep either, in their own time zone.
Stop it with a plain message
- You can also just tell them. Send something like stop messaging me, stop texting me, or leave me alone in any chat.
- They reply once, in character, to confirm. After that, unprompted texts stop. Your normal chats keep working.
Good to know
- First texts never cost credits.
- There's a daily limit — one unprompted text a day by default. Some plans allow more.
- They don't stack messages. If you haven't opened their last one, they hold off instead of piling on.
- Quiet hours and birthdays follow your own time zone.
- One exception to quiet hours: if safety systems detect you may be in crisis, one supportive check-in can reach you, at most once every 7 days.
- Turning off first texts does not mute their replies. It only stops the messages they start.
