DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated September 26, 2026

FlirtAlly respects intellectual-property rights. Companion personas and their generated media are original AI creations; if you believe content on FlirtAlly infringes your copyright, use the process below.

1. Filing a notice

To report alleged copyright infringement, send a notice to [email protected] (subject "DMCA") (or via the contact page) containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim infringes (URL or enough detail to locate it)
  • Your name, address, email, and phone number
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

2. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the material's identification, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court (or the courts of Nova Scotia for Canadian members), and your signature.

3. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of members who repeatedly submit infringing content — including uploads of copyrighted photos of real people used to generate composite imagery without consent.

4. AI-generated content and likenesses

Generated Companion imagery is synthetic. If you believe a persona or generated image reproduces your likeness or copyrighted work (for example, a member uploading your photo for "us together" images), report it the same way — we treat likeness misuse with the same urgency as copyright claims and will remove the content and review the account.
