Creator Terms

Any member aged 18+ can submit a companion for review. Submission doesn't guarantee publication: every companion is reviewed by our team before it appears publicly, and approval is discretionary. You accept these terms by checking the creator-terms box at submission; the timestamp is recorded.

You earn a share of credits other members spend on your published companion — currently 50% (configurable by FlirtAlly) across photo and video generation, couple photos, voice notes, album unlocks, diary unlocks, and vault unlocks. If your companion is claimed exclusively, the claim payment itself is included in the share. Earnings accrue to a separate withdrawable balance — they are credits with a cash conversion, not spendable wallet credits.

When a member pays to generate media with your companion, that member owns their copy permanently. After a privacy window (currently 7 days), that media may enter the companion's shared vault, where other members can unlock it per piece. The original commissioner always keeps free access to what they paid for, and — where they are the patron of the piece — gets their money back first and then a royalty from later unlocks. While a companion is exclusively claimed, their media is not purchasable by others; the claim holder's album access is included with the claim. Approved claims pay the creator share on the claim payment.

You own the personality and text you write; FlirtAlly owns the platform, the pipelines, and the generated media infrastructure. Every submission and every generation passes automated content screening, and the platform's zero-tolerance policy (minors, animals, incest, non-consent, real people, graphic violence) applies to creator companions absolutely — in the character, in the bio, and in anything they generate. Violations end the companion and the creator account, and are reported where required.

FlirtAlly reviews every submission and may approve, reject, or request changes at its discretion. Published companions may be re-reviewed after material edits, suspended, or removed for policy violations — accrued earnings on removed companions are forfeited where the removal results from a breach. Rejected submissions keep your draft access.

Earnings are withdrawable on request once your balance reaches the current minimum (currently 1,000 credits). We pay at the conversion rate (currently 1¢ per credit) by wire within 24 hours of approval; payouts require your legal name and country. Wire fees on small payouts may reduce the received amount. Payouts are reviewed before approval; rejected requests return the credits to your balance. You are responsible for your own taxes — payouts may be reported where law requires.

We may change share rates, conversion rates, or minimums prospectively with notice in-app. You can stop being a creator at any time (your published companions are retired or transferable by agreement); accrued, non-forfeited balances remain payable. FlirtAlly may end the program with 30 days' notice, honoring balances accrued to that date.
