Partner Program Terms

Partners join either with a FlirtAlly member account (one-click opt-in from the app) or with a standalone partner account (email + password). External applications are reviewed by the team and may be declined or approved at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate a partner account at any time for fraud, brand-damaging promotion, or breach of these terms; commissions accrued on invalid traffic are void.

Partners earn 20% of net revenue from payments made by members they refer, unless a different rate or plan applies to that partner's account (shown in their dashboard). Commissions accrue on subscriptions and credit purchases, server-side, at the time of a verified payment.

Excluded from commission: test traffic, self-referrals (referring accounts you own or control), and payments that are refunded or charged back.

Referrals attribute first-touch: when someone lands on any FlirtAlly page via your ?ref= link, a 30-day attribution window begins, and the member is locked to you on their first appearance (guest or registered). Attribution is never reassigned to another partner afterward. We make no guarantee of attribution where tracking is blocked (ad blockers, browser settings, link alteration).

Commissions are reversed on refunds and chargebacks within 30 days of the original payment. If a commission has already cleared when the reversal arrives, your balance is adjusted by the corresponding negative amount.

Earnings close on day 1 of each month and become payable after a 7-day hold. You may request a payout of your cleared balance from the portal once it reaches $50; one payout may be in flight at a time. Legal name and country of residence are required before the first payout for tax reporting. Payouts are processed via wire, PayPal, Wise, or ACH; payment-provider fees may apply.

You may promote FlirtAlly on your own channels with your partner link. You must not:

• misrepresent the product, its pricing, or your relationship with FlirtAlly;
• use unsolicited spam (email, DMs, comments) or trademark bidding on "FlirtAlly";
• promote on venues that violate our content standards or applicable law, or to audiences under 18;
• self-refer, or purchase through your own link to obtain a discount.

Where required (including on social platforms), disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g. #ad). We may require removal of non-compliant promotions as a condition of continued participation.

We process the data needed to run the program — your account details, payout information, click and conversion statistics — to perform these terms and meet tax obligations. Referred-member identities are masked in your dashboard; you receive counts and commissions, not member account details.

We may change these program terms (including commission rates for new referrals) prospectively; the terms shown in your dashboard at the time of a payment govern that payment. You may stop promoting at any time and request a payout of any cleared balance above the minimum. We may close the program with reasonable notice; cleared balances at closure remain payable.
