All visual depictions displayed on FlirtAlly — companion portraits, selfies, video clips, couple images, and any adult-rated content — are entirely generated by artificial intelligence. No actual human beings appear in or perform in any sexually explicit or other content on this platform. Companion voices are AI-synthesized.

18 U.S.C. §2257 and its record-keeping regulations apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because FlirtAlly's content contains no real human performers, §2257 record-keeping requirements do not apply to the AI-generated content produced on this platform. FlirtAlly is therefore not a "producer" of covered depictions as defined in 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Members may upload photos of themselves for composite "us together" images and voice features. Members affirm they are 18+ and that uploads depict only themselves. Member uploads are never displayed publicly or shared with other members. Composites made with them are delivered only to the uploading member's own private gallery, pass the same automated content screening as every generation on the platform, and are deleted on account deletion. Uploads depicting others without consent, or appearing to depict minors, are rejected and reported where required.

Access to adult-rated content requires: (a) an account affirming you are 18+, (b) completed third-party age verification, and (c) an eligible subscription. Members must additionally opt into the adult content rating in their consent settings.

FlirtAlly prohibits the generation of content depicting minors in any context, non-consensual scenarios, real identifiable people, and illegal acts. Attempts to elicit such content are logged, blocked by automated classifiers, and may result in account termination and referral to authorities where required.
