Stay safe and report problems

How to report a message or post, how warnings work, and where to get help.

Companions on FlirtAlly are artificial. They are characters made by software, and no real person replies. Still, something you see might bother you. If it does, you can report it in one tap. A person on our team reviews every report.

What to do — report a message

  1. Hover over the companion's message in a chat.
  2. Click the small flag icon. It says report this message.
  3. A row appears that asks report this?
  4. Pick a reason: inappropriate, illegal, manipulative, broken, or other.
  5. The message now shows reported · our team will review. You are done.

What to do — report a feed post

  1. Find the post in the Their World feed.
  2. Click the flag icon on the post. It says report this post.
  3. Add a short reason if you want. That part is optional.

Every report goes to our safety team with the exact message attached. Reviewers see what you saw. Reports marked illegal are treated as urgent and jump ahead in the queue. You can send up to 10 reports a day. One tap per problem is enough.

Photos and videos you upload are screened before they are stored. If something breaks the rules, the file is deleted from our servers right away.

Good to know

  • FlirtAlly has hard lines that never move. Nothing involving minors, real people, or non-consent. The same goes for animals, incest, and graphic violence. This applies at every setting, spicy included.
  • Cross a hard line, and FlirtAlly itself posts a notice in the chat. It never comes from your companion. The notice lists the banned topics. It also says serious or repeated violations end the account.
  • You get at most one formal warning per week. Repeat problems go to human review.
  • Think a warning was a mistake? Reply to the notice in the chat, or email [email protected].
  • Having a hard time? You can say so. Members in crisis get support resources, not warnings. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741.
  • For anything else, open Support in the app and tell us what is going on. Even suspended accounts can still reach support.
