Questions, billing, refunds, or something broken? You can message the team right inside the app. No email account needed.
What to do
- Find the Support button. It has a life-ring icon. On a computer, it is a small pill near the Focus mode control. On a phone, open the more section of the bottom bar and tap Support.
- Fill in what's this about? with a short subject.
- Write the details in tell us what's going on.
- Choose send. The button changes to sent — we're on it.
- Come back to the same window for replies. Each ticket shows its status: open, answered, or closed.
Good to know
- The support window promises an answer within 3 business days, usually much faster.
- Replies appear in the app, in the same thread as your message. If your account has an email address, the reply is emailed there too. The app thread keeps the full history either way.
- Your recent tickets stay listed under the form. Open the Support window any time to reread an answer or check a status.
- A ticket moves through three states. Open means the team has it. Answered means a reply is waiting for you. Closed means it is done. You can still read closed tickets.
- You can keep a few tickets open at once. If you already have several, the app will ask you to let the team catch up on those first. Sending too many at once also gets a short wait.
- Help the team help you. Say what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. Add the date if the problem came and went.
- Billing questions? Mention the plan or credit pack you asked about. That makes the lookup fast.
- A ticket is the right tool for account, billing, and refund questions. To report a specific message or post, use the report control on it instead. See Stay safe and report problems.
- Worried about your data instead? You can download or delete it yourself from Account. See Export or delete your data.
Support is for humans only on our side of the thread. A real person reads every ticket.
