Export or delete your data

Your chats, memories, and photos are yours. You can download everything we hold about you in one click. You can also erase your whole account whenever you want. Both live in the same place.

What to do — export your data

1. Sign in and open your Account panel.
2. Open the privacy & memory section.
3. Click download everything we know about me.
4. A single file downloads right away. It is a JSON file, which is plain text any computer can read.

The file holds a lot. You get your profile, every relationship, and every memory each companion keeps about you. You also get message counts for each chat, your social connections (without their passwords), your uploads, and your payout records.

What to do — delete your account

1. In the same privacy & memory section, click delete my account & everything in it.
2. A red box appears and explains what happens. Type DELETE into the box.
3. Click erase me.

This is real deletion, not hiding. Your account, every conversation, every memory, and every connection go away. Your uploaded photos, voice notes, selfies, and videos are removed from storage too, including backup copies in the cloud. Your profile photo is deleted. If you claimed a companion exclusively, they become free for others. Characters you published as a creator stay live, but your link to them is removed.

One thing can block deletion: a payout still in flight. Let the money clear first, then try again.

Good to know

• Want something lighter? Click the × next to a single memory to remove it. Or click forget everything next to one companion to clear just their memories.
• Two switches give you more control. they remember me turns memory off — companions stop learning new facts and stop recalling old ones. they can message me first stops the proactive texts.
• We do not sell your data. We do not read your conversations for ads. And we do not use your private chats to train third-party models.
• Deletion cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
• Need help with any of this? Contact support and we will walk you through it.
