See What Your Companion Remembers

Open the Memories panel to read every memory, or ask in chat to search them.

Memory is not hidden. Every fact your companion keeps is written down, and you can read all of it. The Memories panel is where it lives.

What to do

  1. Click Memories in the dock at the bottom of the app. The Memories window opens.
  2. Look at the two tabs at the top: what they remember and albums. Stay on what they remember.
  3. Read the cards. Each companion you've matched with has one. The title says "<Name> remembers", with your level, your streak, and how many memories they hold.
  4. Check the colored dots next to each line. Pink means an emotional preference. Gold means a milestone. Purple means an event. Gray means a plain fact.
  5. Open albums to see their photos instead. That tab is covered in Save memories with albums.

New here and the panel is empty? It will say "no memories yet". Match with someone and start a chat. Memories appear as you talk.

The panel is a list, not a search box. To search memory, ask in chat.

  1. Open a chat with that companion.
  2. Ask something like "remember when" or "what was that show I liked?"
  3. Their answer is pulled from saved memories that match your question. The match works by meaning, not just keywords. Ask it in your own words and it still finds the right memory.

Good to know

  • The list shows the memories that matter most right now. The most important ones sit at the top.
  • Each companion keeps their own separate memory of you. What you told one, the others don't know.
  • The small stack of photos in the top-right corner is a memory shortcut too. Tap a face to open that chat. Tap the stack to jump to the Memories panel.
  • The Account panel has a short version of this list under privacy & memory. Handy for a quick check.
  • Anything in the list can be removed. See Change or delete memories.
  • To take a copy of everything with you, use the export in Export or delete your data.
