How Creator Payouts Work

Turn your creator balance into cash — request it, track it, and see it wired to your bank.

Your creator balance is real money set aside for you. A payout turns it into cash and sends it to your bank by wire. A wire is a direct bank-to-bank transfer. Requests take about a minute, and every step is tracked.

Two streams feed this balance: your share of what members spend on your companions, and royalties from vault media you commissioned. Both withdraw the same way.

What to do

  1. Open the Earnings panel. Click Earnings in the dock. Your balance shows at the top, in credits and dollars.
  2. Click cash out. The button appears once your balance reaches 1,000 credits. That is the minimum, or $10.
  3. Fill in the form. Enter your legal name, your country, the amount, and your wire details, like a bank or IBAN number. Your legal name should match your bank record.
  4. Click request payout — wire within 24h of approval. Your request goes in for review.
  5. Track it in the ledger tab. Scroll to the payouts list. Each request shows its status: requested, approved, paid, or rejected.

Good to know

  • Payouts convert at 1¢ per credit. The rate locks the moment you request. Later changes do not affect a request already in review.
  • Your credits are held at request time. They leave your balance right away, so the same money cannot be requested twice.
  • Each payout is reviewed by a person before it is sent. Approved payouts are wired within 24 hours of approval.
  • Your legal name and country are required. Wires need a real payee, so payouts cannot be requested without them.
  • A rejected payout is not lost. The credits go back into your balance. The ledger marks it "payout returned."
  • You can have one payout at a time. The current one must finish before you request another.
  • The rest of your balance keeps growing while a payout is in review. Only the amount you requested is held.
  • Only real member spend earns. Refunds reverse the matching share, so payouts never run ahead of real earnings.
  • Questions about a payout? Contact support with the request date and the amount.
