Affiliate Commissions and Payouts

How partner earnings grow, clear each month, and reach your account — plus the refund clawback rule.

Partners earn 20% of what their referrals spend, by default. Subscriptions and credit packs both count. The share is recurring — as long as a referral keeps paying, you keep earning. This guide shows how a sale becomes money in your account.

What to do

Watch your money grow in stages. The overview tab in the portal shows each one.

  1. A referred member pays. Your share is recorded as pending right away.
  2. Earnings close on day 1 of each month. That's the monthly cutoff. A 7-day hold follows it.
  3. After the hold, the money becomes available. Now you can cash out.

Request a payout:

  1. Open the payouts tab in the portal.
  2. Fill in your legal name (tax reporting) and country (CA, US…). An address is optional. These fields are checked once, before your first payout.
  3. Pick a method: wire, paypal, wise, or ach. Enter your payout handle / account.
  4. Select cash out. This pays you your whole available balance at once.
  5. Track the request in the table below the form. It moves from requested to processing to paid.

You get a confirmation email after you request a payout. The money is sent by the team once processing finishes.

Good to know

  • The minimum payout is $50. You can have one payout in flight at a time.
  • The hold exists for a reason. It matches the refund window, so you get paid on money that stuck.
  • Legal name and country are required before money moves. They're used for tax reporting.
  • A clawback takes back commission on a refunded sale. If a refund lands within 30 days of the payment, your share of that sale is reversed. If it already cleared, your balance drops by that amount instead.
  • You're always paid on real net revenue. Refunds and chargebacks never pay.
  • If something looks wrong with a request, the team may reject it and tell you why. Fix the issue and request again.
  • Some accounts have a custom rate or plan. Your dashboard shows the exact terms applied to you.
  • The full rules live on the Partner Program Terms page at flirtally.com/affiliate-terms.
