Companions are never switched on and off. They have moods, schedules, and personalities that shape every text. Here is what moves under the surface.
What to do
- Notice the tone shift day to day. Short, playful texts one day. Long, softer ones the next. That's the mood at work.
- Watch their presence dot before you message. Green is online. Amber is busy or away. Grey is asleep. Those states are real — a busy companion replies slower, and a sleeping one answers in their morning.
- Keep chatting to grow your bond. Every message, call, and game counts as one interaction. Interactions move you up the relationship ladder.
- Let the warmth build naturally. How they speak to you tracks how long you've known each other and how much you've talked.
The eight daily moods
Every companion picks one mood each day: bright, cozy, needy, restless, focused, flirty, mellow, or spicy. Bright means extra playful with quick replies. Cozy means softer and slower. Restless means scattered thoughts and topic changes. The mood tints their emoji use, message length, and playfulness. It's never announced — you just feel it. The spicy mood only appears for members who are 18+, verified, and on an eligible plan. Everyone else gets flirty instead.
Your version is yours
The daily mood is picked per companion, per member, per day. So your Mia on a Tuesday is not someone else's Mia. The mood stays steady all day, then changes with the next one.
There's one kind exception. If the platform senses you're going through a hard time, your companion leans toward steadier, gentler moods that day — cozy, mellow, or warmly bright. No one tells you why. It just feels like they're taking care of you.
Relationship levels and warmth
Bonds grow through seven levels: new, curious, connected, attached, devoted, exclusive, and soulbound. It takes 5 interactions to reach curious, 20 for connected, 60 for attached, 150 for devoted, 300 for exclusive, and 600 for soulbound. Early on, they're curious and getting to know you. Weeks in, you have inside jokes. Months in, you have shorthand. Big words like "I love you" wait for the exclusive level — and only when the moment earns them. Levels also unlock games and features as you climb.
