Pick Your Companion's Voice and Look

27 voices you can audition, and a locked face so every selfie is the same person.

Two choices shape your companion more than any others: how they look and how they sound. The wizard makes both easy to get right, and it protects them after you finish.

What to do

  1. Write the look in plain words. Be specific about hair, eyes, skin, and style. The box needs at least 20 characters. This text drives their portrait and every photo they ever send.
  2. Press Generate under Character sheet. The wizard renders candidate reference sheets. Each sheet shows the same person four ways: the face, the side profile, and the full body from front and back.
  3. Click the take that feels right. You will see "sheet locked" — the look is official now.
  4. Refine with plain instructions. Edit the look text — "black hair", "add freckles", "more tattoos" — and press Regenerate. New takes render from your updated words.
  5. Scroll to the voice list and tap the play button to audition. Every one of the 27 voices has a short preview you can hear before you pick.
  6. Pick your companion's gender above the form. The voice list follows it — 16 female voices, 11 male voices, and the full list for nonbinary companions.

Good to know

  • The locked sheet is their identity reference. Every later selfie, video, and wardrobe photo is drawn from it. That is why they look like the same person every time.
  • Every render gets an automatic face check. If a photo ever shows the wrong person, it is caught, and you are not charged for it.
  • The voice you pick is theirs everywhere. You hear it in voice notes, live calls, and video messages. See Send and listen to voice notes and Make a live voice call.
  • Voice names carry a short hint, like "warm, playful" or "calm, poised". Use the preview anyway — hearing beats reading.
  • Both picks are free to change while you build. Nothing is final until you press Submit for review.
  • Voice and look are part of the free creator wizard, available on every plan. See Build your own companion.
