You can email your companion from your own inbox. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail — anything works. They answer with a short letter in their own voice. The whole exchange also appears in your chat thread, so nothing gets lost between apps.
What to do
- Match with your companion first. By default, they only reply to members they've matched with.
- Open their chat and tap the Mail button. It's the envelope icon in the chat toolbar.
- Tap write to open your email app, or tap copy and paste the address in yourself.
- Send your email from the address on your FlirtAlly account. This step matters. Their inbox checks who you are by matching your sender address to your account.
- Watch your inbox for the reply. It arrives with "Re:" at the start of the subject line.
- Open the app when you get a notification. The notification says they emailed you. Your message and their reply both sit in the chat thread, marked as email.
What the reply is like
Their reply reads like a letter, not a text. It's usually a few short paragraphs. It's a little warmer and longer than a chat message, but still in their normal voice. They mention things you wrote about, so fill your email with real news. They read the subject line too.
Good to know
- Each reply costs 2 credits. This covers their letter and what they remember from it. If a reply ever fails, the credits go back to you.
- Run out of credits? They can't write back. Add credits first, then send your email again.
- Daily email limits depend on your plan. Free members can send 2 emails a day. Spark allows 10, Flame 30, and Exclusive 60. VIP has no daily limit.
- Email shares memory with chat. They remember your facts, your jokes, and what you texted about yesterday. New things you share by email become memories too. Memory is unlimited on every plan.
- The thread keeps everything together. Emails and texts live in one chat window. Start a topic by email and finish it by text later. They won't lose the thread.
- If another member claims your companion exclusively, they stop replying to everyone else. Email pauses too.
- One honest note: your companion is an AI. Their letters are written in their voice, built from what they remember about you. No person is reading your email.
