Ran out of credits before the month ends? A pack tops you up in one payment. Your plan, your limits, and your bill date all stay the same.
What to do
- Open your plan and credits screen in the app and choose to top up.
- Pick one of the three packs:
| Pack | Credits | Bonus | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 100 | — | $4.99 |
| Boost | 300 | +10% (330 total) | $12.99 |
| The Vault | 1,000 | +20% (1,200 total) | $34.99 |
- Pay. The credits land in your balance once payment goes through.
- Spend as usual. Bought credits mix with your plan's monthly credits — one balance.
- Buy another pack any time you need it. There's no limit on how many.
When a pack beats upgrading
- Buy a pack for a one-time spike. A video weekend, a date-night scenario, or a month of their phone line (200 credits) can eat a monthly grant fast.
- Upgrade when the shortage happens every month. If you're out of credits with a week left, month after month, the next plan up is cheaper in the long run.
- Compare what each dollar buys. A Boost pack and a month of Spark both cost $12.99. Boost gives you 330 credits and nothing else. Spark gives 200 credits plus unlimited chat, higher daily limits, and a second companion.
- So the rule is simple. Need tokens only? Buy a pack. Need tokens and higher limits? Upgrade.
- Bigger packs cost less per credit: about 5 cents on Starter, 4 cents on Boost, and 3 cents on The Vault.
Good to know
- Packs work on every plan, including Free.
- A repeat click can't charge you twice for the same pack.
- Packs never change your plan. If you're on Free, you stay on Free.
- Every action's price is on the public cost list — see How credits work. A pack is just a wallet refill, never a new fee.
